The watch adjustment tool is a thoughtful addition and definitely makes resizing more convenient. However, I wasn’t able to get it to work with every watch I tried. It’s possible I wasn’t using it correctly. But, it’s still a useful tool!!

Initially, there was some confusion with my order as only one watch arrived instead of the three watches included in the promotion. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and they responded by sending the two missing watches free of charge. Not only did they resolve the problem, but they also included three watch adjustment tools, which made resizing the watches quick and easy. Now that we've received the full order, we're really happy with the watches. They look great, feel good quality for the price, and the adjustment tools were very helpful. While the initial confusion was disappointing, the issue was resolved and the customer service team made things right. Overall, a positive experience and we're happy with our purchase.

Bracelet is hard to adjust with the tool as it is curved . Also the pearl beads are not pink as in the picture, they are white in colour.
